May 7, 2026 at 6:00 PM

A summertime classic, Lagoon Amusement Park has existed in some iteration since 1886, making it the oldest park West of the Mississippi! Come learn more about the interesting history of the park and the rides that make it so iconic.
Gabriella Salazar is an archaeologist and roller coaster enthusiast based in Vernal, UT. Originally hailing from Sioux Falls, SD, Gabriella got her degree in Anthropology in 2022 and has continued to move west to pursue her interests in archaeology.
